                                      For e.g.: If your Air Conditioner has 1 year manufacturers’ warranty, you can opt for VS+ Extended Warranty for up to 4 additional years. However, if your Air Conditioner comes with 2 years manufacturers’ warranty, you can opt for VS+ Extended Warranty for maximum 3 additional years.

                                      1. Buy VS+ Extended Warranty along with your device and ensure that you are buying the right plan based on the price of your device.
                                      2. At the time of purchasing the plan, ensure that the invoice issued to you by your retailer has the IMEI/Serial Number that matches the one of the device.
                                      3. Provide accurate & timely information when requested by us.
                                      4. We request you to submit the device and invoice to us promptly and respond to any queries raised in a timely manner.
                                      5. If the IMEI/Serial Number has changed on account of repairs or exchange by your retailer or the service centre, please provide us with a Swap Letter that will allow us to authenticate that you are still using the same device.

                                      2. Keep copies of your purchase invoice bearing the IMEI/Serial number ready.
                                      3. Ensure that the IMEI/Serial Number on your device matches the one that is mentioned on the purchase invoice.
                                      4. We will keep you posted regarding the progress of the Service Request every step of the way.

                                       

                                      What Should You Keep In Mind

                                       

                                      1. We will gladly service as long as the plan is active and has not expired. Also, the malfunction needs to have occurred during the term of VS+ Extended Warranty and not prior to it.
                                      2. Malfunctioning accessories or consumable items like filters for water purifiers are not covered here. A full list of these items is available on our website.
                                      3. The device needs to have minimum 12 months’ manufacturer’s warranty that is applicable in India. Please ensure that you do not modify the device, perform unauthorised repairs or use it commercially. All these actions void the manufacturer’s warranty and subsequently VS+ Extended Warranty as well.
                                      4. We will not be able to cover those devices that are bought outside India. However, if the device that you have bought in India, breaks down while travelling abroad, we will cover it.

                                      1. What is the term of the service?

                                      VS+ Extended Warranty is applicable for up to 4 additional years after the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty. However, the sum of manufacturer’s warranty and VS+ Extended Warranty should not exceed 5 years

                                       

                                      2. Can I extend the warranty on my phone for 2 more years?

                                      VS+ Extended Warranty is available for 1 additional year on Mobile Phones and Tablets.

                                       

                                      3. How many times will the device be repaired?

                                      There is no limit on the number of service requests you can raise against VS+ Extended Warranty. We will keep repairing the device till the total costs of all repairs do not exceed the value of the device.However if for any 1 Service Request, the cost of repairs is greater than the current/last available market value of the device, the device will be replaced. Replacement is provided in the form of new or refurbished device or Gift Cards

                                       

                                      4. I changed my mind and I want to cancel the VS+ Extended Warranty plan. Can I get a refund?

                                      The VS+ Extended Warranty plan can be cancelled within 30 days, provided you have not already filed a Service Request. Also, a refund for the same will issued.

                                       

                                      5. What if the device cannot be repaired?

                                      For brands that do not repair damaged parts or if the device cannot be repaired due to unavailability of spare parts, we will provide you with an equal or equivalent replacement device which may or may not be a new piece.

                                       

                                      6. What if I do not want to avail of the Pick & Drop services, can I get the device repaired on my own?

                                      Yes, you can get the device repaired on your own. Please keep in mind that we need to be informed about the damage BEFORE submitting the device to the nearest Authorised Service Centre.

                                       

                                      7. How many times can I avail the Preventive Maintenance feature?

                                      You can take advantage of the Preventive Maintenance feature according to the number of years in your VS+ Extended Warranty. If you have opted for a 2 year VS+ Extended Warranty, you will be entitled for 2 preventive maintenance check-ups from purchase of device till expiry of VS+ Extended Warranty. We will be providing 1 preventive maintenance (dry service) for Air Conditioners & 1 preventive maintenance for Water Purifiers.

                                       

                                      8. How will I know if the device will be picked up or if you will send a technician at home for repairs?

                                      This is generally decided based on the category of your device. For Large Appliances and Televisions, we will co-ordinate with Service Centres and send a technician home based on your convenience. Wherever it is not possible to send the technician home for repairs, we will pick them up and send it to the Service Centre for repairs. If the technician that comes home for repairs is unable to repair the device on-site, we will have it transported to the nearest Service Centre free of cost for repairs.

                                      No, you can only exchange devices within the same category for any new purchase with Exchange. For instance, you can exchange an old mobile for a new mobile, but you cannot exchange a mobile for a different category item like a laptop or a TV

                                       

                                      • CAN I EXCHANGE A DIFFERENT DEVICE FROM THE ONE DESCRIBED BY ME AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER?

                                       

                                      No, once the order is placed, you can only exchange the old device that was described at the time of placing the order. The exchange value is applied based on the details of the old device that were entered by you. If the details entered do not match the old device that is handed over at the time of delivery, the entire new device order or maybe only exchange order will be cancelled and refunding new device price post deducting of trade-in (Bonus) charges.

                                       

                                      • CAN I GET MY OLD DEVICE BACK AFTER HANDING IT OVER?

                                       

                                      No, once the old device has been picked up from you, we will not be able to return nor refunding, it as it would have already been processed by our third-party liquidation partners.

                                      If you are cancelling new device and exchange order before getting delivery of new device then Vijay Sal es will refund the new device cost as per our refund policy.                                       • The programme is offered together with any purchase made at Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited outlets or https://www.vijaysales.com.
                                      • A member can also sign up for the programme at the outlet or by visiting https://www.vijaysales.com.
                                      • As the members’ mobile number would be his / her primary identification for earning MYVS Reward points under the programme, the member’s mobile number should be required at the time of purchasing or enrolling of MYVS Rewards programme.
                                      • The MYVS Reward points can neither be encashed, nor be transferred to another member account.

                                      • A MYVS Rewards programme member is entitled to earn 0.75% of the final purchase amount as reward points. Accumulated points can be redeemed at any Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited outlet at ₹1 per point by providing the registered mobile number at the billing desk.
                                      • Loyalty points are not applicable to bulk buyers, dealers, and resellers.
                                      • Final purchase value will be calculated excluding any reward points that the customer redeems at the billing desk.
                                      • Reward points will not be issued on the value of points being redeemed by the member.
                                      • To redeem the MYVS Rewards Points, members will have to visit any Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited outlet. Accumulated points cannot be redeemed online at https://www.vijaysales.com.
                                      • MYVS Rewards points will be credited against the registered mobile number after 7 days of invoice generation.
                                      • MYVS Rewards points can be redeemed only after 7 days of point being credited against the members’ mobile number.
                                      • MYVS Rewards points earned would be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of invoice generation. If the same is not redeemed within a period of 2 years, such MYVS Rewards Points will automatically lapse.
                                      • MYVS Rewards points once lapsed or redeemed against a purchase cannot be re-credited or reversed.
                                      • In case, a member returns the product purchased by him, the points earned by the member for such a purchase made, will be debited from his MYVS Rewards account.
                                      • In case, a member has redeemed points that were earned from previous purchases made by him / her and later wishes to return and seek refund for such previously purchased product/s, the value of points that were earned on such previously purchased product/s will be deducted from his MYVS Rewards account and a refund will be initiated accordingly.
                                      • In the above scenario, if the amount cannot be deducted from MYVS Rewards account for any reason, the value of points that were earned on such previously purchased product/s will be deducted at ₹1 per point from the refund amount.
                                      • MYVS Rewards Points will not be awarded on purchase of Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards.
                                      • MYVS Rewards Points cannot be redeemed in the same bill in case the member intends to make a payment via Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Coupons.
                                      • Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited reserves the right to add, alter, amend and modify the clauses under MYVS Rewards programme at any given time without assigning any reason.
                                      • Management of Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited has the sole discretionary power / right to close MYVS Rewards programme and any other coupons / vouchers / offers associated with but not limited to the programme at any given time without assigning any reason.
                                      • Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited is solely responsible for the execution and administration of the Programme.
                                      • A registered member needs to produce a copy of the bill in case of any discrepancy in point’s updating.
